As VP Customer Solutions, Wally leads a team of account executives and project delivery managers who ensure successful outcomes for all of AltaML’s client engagements. Guided by a growth mindset and passion for innovation, Wally and his team help clients uncover opportunities to leverage their data, optimize efficiencies, and create new products that elevate human potential through Applied AI. Wally has over 25 years leadership experience in R&D and product development, spanning diverse technical domains within telecommunications, energy, and mission-critical life safety systems. He’s also passionate about change-making and corporate intrapreneurship, helping organizations apply agile methods and lean startup thinking to connect innovation with strategy.

Wally holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alberta.
