Tiffany Novotny is a Senior Manager in the People Advisory Services practice of Ernst & Young LLP. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Calgary. She focuses on the interconnections between strategy development, people and culture, business operating models and organizational design to support successful strategy and ESG transformations.  

Tiffany has over 20 years of professional experience and has held numerous senior level leadership positions in the public and energy sectors. She has extensive experience and expertise in sustainability, strategy development, large-scale business and cultural change/transformations, organizational effectiveness, and leadership. She has over 13 years of leadership experience, leading various business operations and directly overseeing diverse operational functions, including strategy development, strategic intelligence and foresight, operational planning and resource allocation, enterprise risk and performance, organizational transformation and change management, and enterprise project management.
