Teruel Carrasco is a noted investor, speaker, board member, start-up mentor, corporate growth strategist and former president of Valhalla Private Capital.  

He’s currently a Venture Partner in Tangible Venture Partners venture capital investment firm focused on Hard Tech device investments.  Additionally, Teruel participates in Threshold Impact, an alumni-based mentorship program as part of the University of Alberta Alumni relations outreach program. 

Teruel is also an investor in G2V Optics, a science tech start-up based in Edmonton which counts NASA as clients.  Newly based in Calgary, Teruel is actively involved with Plug and Play (California based incubator) in Calgary as well as Platform Calgary. 

He is an active boaster for groups like Startup TNT (Angel Investing Group).  He’s an direct investor and Limited Partner who invests in early stage funds.   Along with his investment in G2V, Teruel  has 20 investments he’s currently involved with.
