Suzie Smibert is a technology and transformation executive with over 20 years of experience.

Her strengths are an excellent ability to build diverse teams and create cultures that are inclusive and high performance driven. She has experience in mining, energy, defense, oil and gas, technology, management consulting, agricultural, chemical, ventures, marketing, private equity, and financial industry.

She has been the Senior Vice President, Client Delivery and Chief Privacy Officer for Celero Solutions since December 2022. Previously, Smibert served as the EVP and CIO for Ovare Group, A private Equity firm headquartered in LA and before then, held several C-Level executive roles in global organizations. Smibert sits on the advisory board of the global CXO Summit and is involved in numerous STEM and inclusion and diversity programs.

She mentors students, early careers as well as seasoned individuals. Smibert holds a Master of Business Administration and is a long-time holder of the CISSP certification.
