As GM, Digital Platforms & Operations, Sandeep is responsible for modernizing the fundamental technology platforms and infrastructure to enable Suncor’s 4.0 Transformation journey.   With over 20 years of experience in IT in various capacities in tech startups, consulting, and energy industries, Sandeep brings an entrepreneurial leadership style that empowers and drives cultural and technological changes in teams to enable structural modernization in organizations.    He is passionate about understanding and embedding technology with relevance to organizations that are seeking change. 

Sandeep received his Executive MBA from Queen’s University, and has a B.Sc. in Computing Science from the University of Alberta.
