Mike Brown is the director of product management at Blackline Safety, and is responsible for overseeing the product portfolio.  

Mike has passion for IoT and wireless products and has been a part of product development teams for over 12 years. 

 He found his passion for engineering and product development during his time at BlackBerry where he managed the integration of next-generation power, audio and sensor silicon chipsets.  

Prior to Blackline Safety, he joined an early stage IoT design and consulting start-up, working in various roles in Sales and Solution Architecture, before taking over as the COO. 

 In that time, he consulted on hundreds of IoT development projects, and was a speaker and panelist covering a variety of topics including IoT Platforms, hardware design, manufacturing and certifications. After a successful acquisition, Mike is now excited to use his expertise to expand Blackline Safety’s vision and develop products and services that makes industrial workers safer.
