Mr. Samson is the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Victrix, responsible for information security. He is also a board member for AIOT Canada. With over 40 years of professional experience, including certifications like CGEIT, CISM, CRISC, C-CISO and training as an ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, Mr. Samson brings extensive expertise to information security projects. He has spearheaded strategic initiatives in compliance and information security, ensuring adherence to laws, regulations, and industry best practices. He has collaborated on the development of digital information security and cybersecurity programs for numerous clients. His proficiency extends to international standards such as the NIST Cyber Security Framework (CSF), NIST SP800-53, ISO 27001, 27002, 27005 and PCI. Mr. Samson holds a postgraduate degree from the Faculty of Administration at the University of Sherbrooke in “Governance, Audit, and Information Technology Security.”
