Glen Kahler is the Vice President of Engineering at Willowglen Systems, a company that specializes in developing and marketing industrial automation technologies.

Glen thrives on the challenges of building an organization and taking a new product development initiative from the start-up to the final product vision. With 25 years of experience working in various departments and stages of company growth, he is adept at implementing process changes to move an organization to the next level. 

Well-versed in solving automation problems, he is a versatile leader who empowers his multi-discipline teams to create innovative solutions for mission-critical systems to deliver results by developing the next generation of automation technologies. 

Before joining Willowglen, as the Senior Director of Manufacturing Engineering and other roles at Sierra Wireless, he contributed to the transformation which saw the company grow from $20M to $650M in annual revenue and became established as a global leader in IoT-enabling devices. Glen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and is a registered professional engineer with APEGA. He is also a Functional Safety Certified Professional in Rail (TÜV).
